Anika Madison- Customer Support Specialist

Anika always provides white glove service to her peers and customers. She is always available to answer our questions and goes above and beyond for our customers to ensure they have an excellent experience. Anika has a great work ethic and cares immensely about her job and Olympus. She is kind, caring, and patient to our insureds. Anika is a ray of sunshine! She is extremely pleasant and genuinely interested in everyone and how they are doing each and every day. Anika is a positive force within the office. She celebrates everyone’s birthday, regardless of the department, goes out of her way to say hello to everyone, and helps to welcome all new hires to the company. She ALWAYS has a cheerful smile on her face. Anika is a team player and a great coach. She is always willing and happy to share her knowledge with team members to help to company brand and mission. Anika is a true asset to the company, and I am proud to be a part of a team with her!
