Senior IT Business Analyst

As a Senior IT Business Analyst/Product Owner, you’ll drive the strategy and delivery of enterprise applications and digital products. You will be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions—partnering with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure our products provide measurable value.

Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support team members play a critical role as the front line of our Service organization. This role is primarily responsible for assisting our agents and customers with inquiries on their policies and/or quotes, processing endorsements and any billing inquiries. This position works closely with all aspects of the organization including underwriting, claims, marketing, and accounting.
