As the SIU Manager, you will lead the SIU program for the detection and investigation of suspicious/fraudulent claims and insurance acts. You are responsible for compliance with state laws and reporting requirements, providing oversight for our SIU vendor partners, and collaborating with other departments to improve processes and best practices for fraud control.

The primary responsibility of the role will be developing new or enhanced insurance products that improve the Homeowners line of business using contract language, underwriting rules/guidelines, competitive intelligence, and actuarial pricing.

The primary responsibility of the role will be to assist in executing responsibilities related to pricing, reserving, and data analysis support for Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, and IT.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including various daily and month-end journal entries and facilitate both internal and external finance reporting. This role will be responsible for supporting a timely and accurate month-end close through the ownership of routine accounting cycles. In addition, this position will provide support for the recording of reserve data based on actuarial analyses and related reinsurance accounting processes.

The Claims Adjuster I will assist policyholders throughout the entire claims process. Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, based on customer and business needs, as well as in response to catastrophic weather, with travel as required. The Claims Adjuster I will handle a caseload which encompasses all levels of complexity for first-party claims, may include third-party and litigated claims, including establishing facts of loss, conducting proper reserve and coverage analysis, assessing and estimating property damage, assigning experts as needed, identifying potential fraud, complete file documentation and timely investigating claim for proper resolution. A competitive candidate will have a high level of technical competence, attend training, assist management with other duties and work collaboratively with co-workers.

The Claims Adjuster Trainee will successfully complete training related to licensing, policy, systems, process and customer service. The Claims Adjuster Trainee’s caseload will begin with lower complexity claims and progress as skills develop. Assist policyholders throughout the claims lifecycle. The ability to work extended hours if needed based on customer and business needs, as well as in response to catastrophic weather events is required. A Florida 620 All Lines Adjuster license must be obtained within the first sixty days in the position.

The Underwriter acts as the gatekeeper for new business policies that fall outside Company guidelines and require extra consideration. This role reviews renewal policies to ensure profitability, proper rating, and that it meets acceptable underwriting criteria.

The Regional Sales Manager facilitates business development and growth of the Olympus product(s) in specific areas by training and presenting the product(s) to new and existing partnerships, identifying prospect agents, attending industry/company events, and coordinating research to increase sales and promote the OIC brand.

As an IT BA, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements and business process into technical specifications, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
