• Katie has been a valued member of the Claims Department for just under nine months. She began her journey on the Task Force and quickly transitioned into a Trainee role, managing her own inventory of claims. Since then, she has consistently excelled, demonstrating strong technical ability and a proactive approach to learning.  Katie has already become a resource for others, supporting new Task Force members and teammates with guidance and encouragement. Her commitment to delivering White Glove service is evident in the thoroughness of her investigations and her dedication to uncovering all available coverage for our customers.  Always approachable and upbeat, Katie brings positivity and a collaborative spirit to the team. Her presence elevates the Claims Department, and she continues to make a meaningful impact every day.
