Amy began her insurance career in south Florida in 1994. She initially started with an excess and surplus lines insurance wholesale operation at an entry-level position and worked her way up to management. After relocating to the Florida Keys, Amy took on a sales and service role with an independent insurance agency, focusing on personal and commercial lines production. She eventually moved to Tallahassee, where she worked for the seventh largest independent insurance intermediary organization in the U.S. and quickly advanced to the position of Marketing Manager, leading the placement of new and renewal commercial insurance accounts with revenues in excess of $2,500. Amy is currently managing the northwest Florida territory including underwriting and profitability. Most recently her responsibilities have shifted to focus on sales and marketing, particularly targeted growth based on revenue models, PML strategies, loss ratios and agency relations.
